ZAIt's always an exciting time when @gorillaz drop a new album! I couldn't resist doing a quick pencil test from an older favorite, Souk Eye.
I really enjoy lip sync animation because the human voice provides a great rhythmic blueprint.

ROThe journey that Damon Albarn (@damonalbarn) and Jamie Hewlett (@hewll) undertook to create ‘The Mountain’ – reflected across the Gorillaz’s mythology over 15 tracks – was one beset with loss and reflection. At the end of 2022, Hewlett was rushing to get his Indian visa and fly to Jaipur from Serbia after his mother-in-law suffered a stroke and went into a coma while she was in the capital of the desert state of Rajasthan with his wife.
