The HLP feel is DOWN. It’s also oppo first. It’s also inside out. It’s also back spin and low line drives. It’s all the things your favorite hitting guru says on the internet. Except we actually teach the context behind it so players can understand it an implement it. Don’t you find it funny that because HLP is growing consistently, other coaches have to promote AGAINST it in order to grow their following. It’s hilarious. Every post they make is to try and prove HLP wrong by chirping at the lingo, the cues, the drills and trying to prove that they have the answer. In all reality it’s because their leads are drying up. They need to stay relevant some how 🤣 There is no stopping it and the more they try, the more they actually promote it 📈😁

High level hitters launch oppo every single swing. Out from the body. That has nothing to do with where the ball actually goes. It’s about how the swing is launched. It’s all about the corner. Setting it, stretching it, using it. An oppo launch is the only way to use the corner. When you use the corner, you bring the ball to you & you catch the ball with bat. The release is the swing is THE SAME every single time. Your timing dictates where you catch it. BUT the direction of launch is ALWAYS oppo out from the body from behind the corner. That is how you hit the ball where it is pitched. #hlp #hittingenlightenment #hitting #hittingcoach #hittingmechanics
