Ingredients Lemon-Chili Chicken 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, bite-sized 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika ½–1 tsp red chili flakes (to taste) Salt and black pepper, to taste Cucumber Tomato Salad 1 large cucumber, diced or thinly sliced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ½ red onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp fresh parsley or mint, chopped Salt and black pepper, to taste Bowl Assembly 4 cups cooked rice or quinoa (or mixed greens for lighter bowls) 1 cup hummus Optional toppings: crumbled feta, Kalamata olives, pickled onions Instructions Marinate Chicken Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat. Marinate 30 minutes (or up to overnight). Prepare Salad Toss cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve. Cook Chicken Grill or pan-cook chicken over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through (165°F / 74°C). Rest briefly. Assemble Bowls Divide rice, quinoa, or greens into bowls. Add a scoop of hummus, grilled chicken, and cucumber salad. Best hummus you’ll ever have! 😍 (recipe 👇🏽) Ingredients: 1 can Garbanzo beans, rinsed Salt, to taste Lemon, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves (optional) Tahini, 1/3 cup 1-2 ice cubes Cold water, add 1 tbsp at a time if too thick Blitz in a food processor or blender until Thick and creamy Taste and adjust salt/lemon levels For the pine nuts: Add 1 tbsp of avocado oil to a pan on medium heat Cook pine nuts for 4-5 mins or until golden brown Keep stirring so they DONT BURN For the meat: Top sirloin, 6 oz cut into cubes Sear on high heat with 1 tbsp of avocado oil for 5-6 minutes and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to taste Add a handful of pine nuts the last 2 minutes of cooking Top hummus with the meat, drizzle pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and ENJOY 🫶😌 youve gotta try this its so creamy and fluffy 🤩 #icekarim #easyrecipe #hummus

50 30 | S2 EP. 16 HUMMUS + BEEF 🧆💪 53 Protein | 699 Kcal | 24 Fat | 75g Carbs INGREDIENTS FOR 2 300g 5% Beef Mince 1 tbsp Harissa 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Coriander 1 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp Olive Oil Hummus: 250g Canned Chickpeas 1 tbsp Tahini ½ Lemon Juice Salt to taste A few tablespoons cold water Salad: 1 Red Onion ½ Cucumber Handful Dill Handful Parsley Lemon Juice Salt To serve: 2 x Small Flatbreads Guindilla Peppers For the Hummus, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it’s having a hard time, just add a few tablespoons of cold water at time or some ice cubes. Set aside. For the salad, finely dice the onion and cucumber and mix with the parsley and dill and some lemon juice and salt. For the beef, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan before adding the beef. Once you’ve got some colour, add all the seasoning with a generous pinch of salt and some black pepper. Toast the flatbreads. To plate up, make a well in the hummus on the bottom, fill it with the beef, finish with the chopped salad, guindilla pepper and a lemon wedge. #5030 #easyrecipes #highproteinrecipes

Blend garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon, olive oil, salt, and garlic. Start adding water little by little until you’ve reached a smooth creamy consistency. 2. Split your hummus into 3 bowls. Blend one with a couple slices of fresh beet, blend another with the herbs. Blend the last one with turmeric. 3. Serves 2 Chickpeas: 420g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (cooked chickpeas) 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp smoked paprika Pinch of salt and pepper Cauliflower: 1 small head of cauliflower cut into smaller pieces 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp smoked paprika Pinch of salt and pepper Tabouli style salad: 1 bunch curly parsley, finely chopped (about 2 cups) 1/2 red onion, finely diced 1 large tomato, finely diced 1 medium cucumber, finely diced Juice from 1 lemon Pinch of salt Other: 200g hummus (store-bought) 1/3 cup pomegranate 1 tbsp sesame seeds Preheat the oven to 200°C.
