NI4 years, countless recreations 🥹 ofcourse I had to start off Ramadan in my OG kitchen with chicken pockets!! So easy to make and unreal 🤤
All you need:
🥬Chicken
•2 Chicken Fillets
•2 Tbsp Onions
•Garlic powder, Oregano, Salt and black pepper to taste
🥬Chicken mixture
•Cooked chicken
•Chopped Coriander
•Iceberg
•1/2 cup Mayo
🥬Method
Prepare the chicken mixture. Stack two bread pieces on top of each other and roll them with force so they stick together. Dip them in egg and breadcrumbs, fry and take out once they puff up. Fill it up with your chicken mixture and enjoy!
❗️Tip: Don’t make it too ahead of time, the iceberg gets soggy otherwise!
