Inversion Tables are the friggin BEST. Even though research is all over the place, I subscribe to the idea of decompressing the spine on a regular basis. This is my little inversion table routine, and I do 3-5 rounds of this whenever I get a chance. My favorite part is when I cross my fingers together and then rest them in ne nape of my neck to help my upper back and neck lengthen. I can feel the vertebrae in my neck moving away from each other with sticky little pops and it’s THE BEST. If you have access to an inversion table, I highly suggest developing your own routine and using it often. #beastmodeon #inversiontable #decompression #spinehealth #stretch #inversion

They are always extremely versatile for all levels, if you’re a beginner step your feet in closer towards you and as you get stronger step your feet out further away from you.
