We’ve gone from Shadow IT to Shadow AI - but what do you actually do about it? I spent the day at Okta’s Showcase Event in New York City and here’s everything I learned in under 2 minutes. There’s three questions every company should answer: 1. Where are my agents? Most companies have no idea what agents are actually running in their environment. Okta’s Shadow AI Agent Discovery automatically detects every agent and shows you exactly what they have access to and the blast radius if something goes wrong. 2. What can they connect to? Right now agents are connecting to apps through hardcoded integrations that IT has zero visibility into.
