We are talking about junior consultants, young lawyers, finance analysts. The exact roles people use to get their foot in the door. A lot of the work they do today is already being handled surprisingly well by AI models. The concern is not just job losses. It is the speed. Previous technological shifts took time. This one is moving fast, and without serious intervention it is hard to see how there will not be major disruption. If unemployment jumps to 10 or even 20 percent, it will not feel like innovation.
