I love using John Frieda’s go blonder spray especially in the summer because it gives the most natural glow with much less damage than having to dye my hair.
It doesn’t give the brassy tones that Sun-In back in the day used to give, it’s very subtle and works best with light brown to blonde hair.

Hoy te quiero compartir mi rutina de estilizado anti humedad con los productos de la línea dream curls de @johnfriedalatam
🧼 Estos productos de estilizado, crema gel y mousse son adecuados para tu método curly, no contienen siliconas ni alcoholes secantes.
🛁 Además son anti humedad, no contienen glicerina y contienen ingredientes fijadores que bloquearán esa humedad como polyquats.
🪮 Recuerda que para mayor fijación y control del frizz en climas húmedos deberás o aplicar demasiada cantidad de gel o mousse o estilizar con ambas cosas! Prueba sellar con mousse, tus rizos/ondas durarán todo el día.
🛒 Todos estos productos se pueden adquirir en supermercados. Prueba también el shampoo y acondicionador son una maravilla!
