1. Narrow it down today or tomorrow.. Before the excitement fades, sit down together and circle your top 3–5 vendors in each category. Not “everyone we liked”… just the ones you actually felt a connection with. Your gut reaction today matters more than the stack of brochures tomorrow.
2. Follow up quickly with your must-haves. The vendors you really clicked with are likely booking into 2026 and 2027 already. Send a short message this week, confirm availability, ask to schedule a Zoom call and ask for a full gallery or two, pricing guide, or next steps. You don’t have to commit… but you do want clarity.
3. Talk about what felt right, not just what looked pretty. It’s easy to fall for a beautiful booth, but the real question is… did you feel comfortable? Did they listen well? Could you imagine spending your wedding day with them? The experience matters just as much as the aesthetic.
Wedding shows are fun, but your decisions should feel calm and confident. Take a breath, compare notes, and reach out to the vendors you genuinely connected with.
