I've received so many questions regarding my fast growth to nearly 10k followers and my strategies to trick Instagram's algorithm ! Today i'm revealing 4 tips to help you out, based on my experience as a K-pop coverist for less than a year <3
🎀 1. Engage with your audience : engagement is a two-way street. So interact with your moots before posting, and after posting ! This will trigger a notification to the person which will increase the odds of them seeing &
engaging with your new content !
🎀 2. Trending audio : when you use popular or trending audios, the platform's algorithm is more likely to push your content to the right audience : kpop stans ! Adjust the volume of the original audio in the editing tool of the reel to keep the the audio of your cover while muting the trending one !
🎀 3. Caption & Keywords : use captions effectively and include keywords, and then sneak those keywords into your reel ! Copy paste them in, then drag them off-screen where they're out of sight. And don't neglect hastags ! Use between 5 and 10 relevant hashtags to reach a wider audience. (ex : #kca #kpop #kcoverist #lesserafim #kpopcover #coverist )
🎀 4. Short Attention Spans : people scroll through content quickly. Short reels are more likely to hold viewers' attention and prevent them from scrolling. Basically the algorithm works by tracking mostly your views. To get people to continue watching your video, use a short & looping video under 1 minute !
