We still love you 💕🫶 Just some tips for your next Lagree classes: ✅ Slow & controlled in your lunges. Fast movements will throw off your stability and alignment. It’s not about the number of reps. Keep the carriage away from any platforms to avoid slamming. It will keep you in the exercise longer without that break at the top of the lunge. ✅ Spring changes ONLY when the carriage is docked at the front. Line it up with the corresponding slot on the carriage. ✅ Keep constant tension in those cables. The resist back home or resist back to the starting position is just as important! ✅ Transition to the back is easiest when kicking off the front platform or high handle bars, or simply walking to the back. It will look more graceful too! ✅ Use the actual footstraps for your Side Lying Leg Press with Footstraps. ✅ Although it can be fun surfing on the carriage, it’s better to take a kneeling position.
