The best Lamb Chops ever! 🧊 Marinade (6–8 lamb chops) • 1/3 cup good balsamic vinegar • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1/4 cup olive oil • 3 garlic cloves minced + 2 smashed • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp red pepper flakes • 2 tbsp brown sugar Mix, coat lamb, refrigerate 3–6 hours (or overnight) ⸻ 🔥 Sear • 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan) Heat pan very hot Sear 3–4 min per side Remove lamb, reduce heat to medium ⸻ 🧈 Basting Sauce • 3 tbsp butter • 2 garlic cloves minced • 2 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar Melt butter → add garlic → stir honey + rosemary + balsamic Return lamb, baste 1–2 min per side ⸻ 🌡️ Finish (medium) Cook to 140–145°F (60–63°C) Rest 5 min Serve with pan sauce spooned over top

POV: you’ve mastered the art of making lamb chops 🤭 RECIPE: FOR THE LAMB: • 500 g lamb • 5 tbsp melted butter (I used @allthingsdairy__ it’s so rich!) • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp pepper • 1 tsp rosemary • 1 tsp thyme • 1 tsp parsley • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 2 tsp garlic paste 1. Mix the melted butter with the olive oil and all of your seasonings. 2. Combine with the lamb chops and marinate for at least an hour. FOR THE GRAVY: • 1 shallot • 2 tsp garlic paste • 1 cup chicken stock • 1/2 cup whole milk (I used @tomparkercreamery best milk ever) • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp honey 1. In the same pan that you cooked the lamb, fry your shallots and garlic until they’re translucent. 2. Add your chicken stock and milk and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens. If it doesn’t thicken, you can add some cornflour mixed with water (equal parts) 3. Add your salt, pepper and honey. #lambchops #lamb #ramadanrecipes #dinner #homecooking

Ramadan Series - Day 10 Creamy Lamb Chops Prep Time - 8 minutes Cooking Time - 30/35 minutes The front lamb chops from Hill Farm are beautifully cut, well-trimmed pieces taken from the rib and loin area, offering a perfect balance of lean meat and flavourful fat. The marbling keeps the meat tender and juicy during cooking, while the natural fat renders down to enhance richness and depth. They’re easy to prepare, cook quickly, and deliver consistently soft, succulent results ideal for both simple seasoning and bold marinades. The quality of their meat is 👌🏻 Lamb Chops * 1kg front lamb chops - from @hillfarmfinest * 1 tbsp red wine vinegar * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * ½ cup olive oil (for a glossy finish) * ½ cup yoghurt * 1 tbsp salt * 1 tbsp black pepper * 1 tsp turmeric powder * 1 tsp cumin powder * 1 tsp red chilli powder * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 2 tbsp @aminaswonderspiceuk Steak & Chops Marinade * 1 cup freshly chopped mint * Crushed papaya (optional, for tenderising) * 4 tbsp water * 4 tbsp Tres Hermanos Hot sauce (optional) Method Place the lamb chops into a bowl and rub with crushed papaya if using. Pour in the red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well to coat evenly. In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients except the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add 4 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste. Stir in the Tres Hermanos Hot sauce if you prefer extra heat. Add about 1 cup of this marinade to the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight for the best flavour. Heat a griddle pan and sear the chops for about 20 seconds on each side to achieve a charred finish. Transfer them to a baking tray with the prepared potatoes, cover with foil, and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through. Once done, set the chops aside. Any remaining masala from the tray can be used to prepare the creamy sauce.

Recipe👇 Lamb chop marinade: -avocado oil - @kindersflavors Buttery steakhouse seasoning -onion powder -garlic powder -black pepper Parmesan crust: -shredded Parmesan -Panko - @kerrygoldusa garlic & herb butter -heavy cream -ranch seasoning 1. Preheat oven to 400*F. 2. Season lamb chops on both sides with everything under ‘lamb chop marinade’ and press seasonings into the meat. 3. In a pan on high heat, sear your lamb chops for 1-2 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms and be sure to sear all sides. 5. Make your Parmesan crust mixture. Combine shredded parm, ranch seasoning, and heavy cream. Make sure it’s a thick consistency, not runny. 6. In another bowl, make your panko mixture. Melt 1 tbsp of garlic & herb butter and mix it into your panko. 7. Place lamb chops in an oven safe dish, top with Parmesan mixture, and bake for 5 minutes or to your preferred doneness. 8. Sticky Honey Garlic Lamb Chops with Creamy Mash 🔥 Valentines Day / Date Night Dish Idea SAVE & share if you’d eat this 😮‍💨❤️ ✨ Ingredients (Lamb): • Lamb chops • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning • 1 tsp liquid Aromat • Salt & black pepper • 1 tbsp green seasoning • 1 tsp garlic paste • Olive oil • Vinegar & lemon (for cleaning) ✨ For the sauce: • 1 tbsp green seasoning • 1 tsp garlic paste • 1 tsp harissa paste • 1 tbsp soy sauce (main flavour) • 1 tsp honey ✨ Sides: • Creamy mashed potatoes • Tenderstem broccoli 🔥 Method: 1️⃣ Clean lamb with vinegar & lemon, rinse and pat dry. 2️⃣ Season with all-purpose, liquid Aromat, salt, pepper, green seasoning, garlic paste & olive oil. 3️⃣ Marinate as long as you can (overnight if possible). 4️⃣ Sear lamb on high heat until a nice crust forms on both sides, then remove from pan. 5️⃣ In a bowl, mix the green seasoning, garlic paste, harissa, soy sauce & honey. The Lamb Chops Ingredients: 4–6 Lamb chops (French trimmed) 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 cloves Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary or thyme (finely chopped) Salt and black pepper Instructions: Marinate: In a bowl, mix oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the lamb chops. Sear: Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Place the chops in the pan. Cook: Sear for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Don't forget to sear the fatty edge for about 30 seconds to render it down. Rest: Transfer the chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes to keep them juicy. 2. The Creamy Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: 3–4 Large potatoes (peeled and cubed) 3 tbsp Butter ¼ cup Milk or heavy cream Salt to taste Instructions: Boil: Place potatoes in salted water, bring to a boil, and cook for 12–15 minutes until soft. Mash: Drain the water. Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth and fluffy. 3. The Sides (Roasted Squash & Broccoli) Ingredients: 1 cup Butternut squash or pumpkin (cubed) 1 head of Broccoli (cut into florets) 1 tbsp Olive oil Red chili flakes (optional) Instructions: Roast: Toss the squash in oil and salt. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Steam/Sauté: Briefly steam the broccoli or sauté it in the same pan used for the lamb for extra flavor. 4. Plating Base: Spread a generous layer of mashed potatoes on the plate. Protein: Arrange the lamb chops on top of the potatoes. Sides: Place the roasted squash and broccoli on the side. Finish: Drizzle any leftover pan juices over the meat for extra shine and flavor.

Honey jerk lamb chops, white cheddar mac, & garlic greens beans😮‍💨 Recipe👇 Lamb Chop marinade: -drizzle of oil -dry jerk seasoning - @kindersflavors buttery steakhouse seasoning Honey Jerk Sauce: -1 tbsp butter -1/4 cup beef broth -3 garlic cloves minced -1 tbsp honey -1 tsp brown sugar -1 tbsp soy sauce -1 tbsp @walkerswood jerk seasoning 1. Season both sides of lamb chops with a drizzle of oil, dry jerk seasoning, and buttery steakhouse seasoning. Press seasoning into the chops. 2. In a pan on medium high heat, drizzle a little oil, and cook your lamb chops for 3 mins on each side. Be sure to cook all sides. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, melt butter, and add your honey jerk sauce mixture to the pan. Simmer for 2-3 mins and add back in your lamb chops. Cover the pan for 2 minutes, remove the cover, flip the lamb chops and cover again for another 2 minutes. 4. Baste the lamb chops in the sauce. Plate while they are hot and drizzle the sauce on the top. Mac & Cheese: -Cavatappi pasta -chicken bouillon (add to boiling water) -3 tbsp unsalted butter -2 tbsp all purpose flour -2 garlic cloves minced -1 1/2 cups heavy cream -1 tsp smoked paprika -1 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp salt -sharp white cheddar cheese (freshly grated) -Gruyere cheese (freshly grated) 1. Preheat oven to 350*F. 2. Boil noodles in chicken bouillon seasoned water until al dente. Strain and set aside. 3. Melt the butter, add the flour and whisk for 3 mins. Add the minced garlic and whisk for another 2 mins. 4. Add the heavy cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until it starts to thicken. 5. Add cheese, a little at a time, and whisk into the cream until combined. You should have a thick cheese sauce when done. 6. Add noodles back into the pot, stir, and add into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle more cheese on the top. 7. Bake for 20 mins and broil for 3-4 mins at the end. #dinner #lambchops #jerk #foodie #dinneridea
