Prós da drenagem:
✔️Uniformiza irrigação desuniforme.
✔️ Fácil de manejar o pH e EC da região da raiz, porque o que é aplicado sai do recipiente com relativa rapidez.
✔️Se aplicamos fertilizante em excesso na planta, podemos drenar de propósito para lixiviar o excesso de nutrientes antes da planta queimar.
✔️Necessita baixo gerenciamento, planejamento e habilidade.
Contras da drenagem:
✔️Aumenta o custo de fertilizantes e água. E dado o alto custo do fertilizante, isso poder ser bastante impactante.
✔️ Aumenta lixiviação para o meio ambiente, em vários países isso já é proibido. 🚫
✔️Aumenta a umidade da estufa, risco de doenças e perda de vitalidade da planta.
Em alguns casos, a drenagem pode ser usada de forma benéfica, mas deve ser usada com moderação!
