Movimente o pé de apoio, calcanhar para trás e para frente, é o corpo todo que se move, portanto mantenha seu alinhamento. BACK: na mesma intensão de alongamento oposto e o empurrar-se para cima. Pense no peito para cima, principalmente quando acontece o movimento das pernas. Ao elevá-las sustente o quadril para cima. You use your lats to buy efficiency. That’s part of the sport. Strict work doesn’t take anything away from that, yet it’ll simply set you up for a stronger toes-to-bar. When you spend time strengthening your hip flexors and abdominals, working on hamstring length and learning how to actually flex your spine instead of swinging through, toes-to-bar start to feel different. Lighter. More connected. Less like you’re fighting the movement. Save this if you want your toes-to-bar to feel stronger and more sustainable over time.
