At this time, melatonin gradually lowers, cortisol rises naturally (not stress-induced), and your mind is in its most sattvic state - calm, clear, and receptive. This may support hormonal balance over time. Hormonal balance plays an important role in healthy aging. 2. Abhyanga (Daily Self Oil Massage) Warm sesame oil applied to the body before bathing. In Ayurveda, premature aging is often linked to Vata imbalance - dryness, degeneration, and nervous system instability. Daily oil massage may: • Improve circulation • Support joint and tissue health • Deeply nourish the skin • Calm the nervous system It supports relaxation and overall vitality. 3. Yogasana with Breath Awareness Not fast. Not aggressive.
