Probably why it took so long to wake up. Had 6 x @precisionfandh gels (2 caffeine). 41km total this morning including WU/CD. Feeling strong. Boring = Strong Finish 💪 2️⃣Nose Rule = Pace Rule 👃 If you can’t breathe through your nose, you’re basically sprinting when you should be chilling. 3️⃣Exhale > Inhale 😮‍💨 Don’t just suck in air—push the old one out first.
