THHoney Bbq Mac N Cheese 😩
Recipe:
24 oz pasta (large elbow macaroni)
Cheese sauce:
4 oz unsalted butter
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
12 oz can evaporated milk
8 oz heavy cream
8 oz milk (non shown in video)
8 oz pepper colby jack
8 oz gouda
8-12 oz sharp cheddar (adjust based off thickness)
Salt to taste
For layering:
8 oz pepper colby jack
8 oz sharp cheddar
Chicken:
2lbs chicken thighs, cubed
2 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic, chili, paprika powder
1.5 cup flour
1 cup panko
1 tsp garlic, chili, paprika powder
Honey Bbq sauce:
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp hot sauce of choice
1/4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes

IRChicken shawarma wrap 🌯
Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 lb boneless chicken breast/ thighs, cut into thin slices
1 tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp clarified butter/oil for cooking
For the sumac onions
1 large red onion, thinly sliced and washed
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp sumac
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
For the garlic sauce :
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3-4 tbsp butter milk ( less or more to adjust the consistency of the sauce )
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
To assemble:
6 tortilla wraps
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
Spiced French fries
1/2 cup pickled cucumbers
Method:
In a mixing bowl add chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, turmeric, red chili powder. Add in the mayonnaise, garlic, oil and lemon juice. Mix until well combined. Cover and let it marinate for at-least 1 hour.
Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, salt pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, ketchup in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Make the sumac onions by mixing onions, parsley , sumac, salt lemon juice in bowl.
In a pan, heat clarified butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the chicken and cook in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Assemble the wrap by warming the tortilla, then adding sauce, Sumac onions, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled cucumbers, French fries, and more sauce. Close it and serve one.

Ingredients:
//Chicken Marinade//
4 chicken thighs
8–10 garlic cloves, smashed
1 inch ginger, smashed
1 small green chili, smashed (or 1 habanero or long hot)
¾ cup whole-fat Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp melted butter
½ tbsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp garam masala
½ lime, juiced
//Butter Chicken Sauce//
4 tbsp ghee or butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, diced
1.5 tsp garam masala
1.5 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 (28 oz) can tomato puree
2 tbsp cashews + ½ cup water (blended)
½ tbsp honey
½ lime, juiced
⅓ cup heavy cream (up to 1 cup if needed)
2 tbsp kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves)
½ head cilantro, finely chopped
Salt to taste
//Cheese Sauce//
1 lb mozzarella
1 lb Gouda
1 lb cheddar
¼ lb Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp salt
5 tbsp butter
5 tbsp flour
2 cups heavy cream
3 cups milk
½ lime, juiced
//Mac + Cheese//
1 lb cavatelli pasta
2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
4 tbsp Butter
