NOParrot companionship is a constant lesson in respect and boundaries. In this instance, lignored Louie’s cues before the bite, and therefore crossed his boundaries. Of course, the best thing would be to avoid any circumstance where a bite could happen to prevent it from becoming a habit. However, sometimes that just isn’t realistic. I learned a few things on this day, and hopefully Louie did, too.
