it all starts with some Norwegian salmon that’s coated in cajun seasoning & pan-seared until perfectly blackened 🤌 we make sure to eat salmon from Norway at least twice a week to get in our omega-3 fatty acids & plenty of protein in the yummiest way possible! so grateful to be working with @seafoodfromnorway_us to share the salmon loveeee 🐟

Checkout this High Protein Cajun Shrimp Alfredo
I’ll be remixing all of my most popular recipes and making them significantly healthier… higher in protein and macro friendly. Let me know what you want to see next!
Ingredients (4 servings)
Pasta
• 12 oz protein rigatoni
Shrimp
• 1½ lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Cajun seasoning and AP
Veggies
• 1 red bell pepper, thin sliced
• 1 yellow onion, thin sliced
• 3–4 cups fresh spinach
High-Protein Alfredo Sauce
• 1½ cups low-fat cottage cheese
• ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
• AP seasoning, Cajun, chicken bouillon
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
• Boil protein rigatoni in well-salted water
• Cook al dente (don’t overcook)
• Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain
2️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high
• Add olive oil
• Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper
• Sear 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked
• Remove shrimp and set aside
3️⃣ Sauté Veggies
• Same skillet, medium heat
• Add onions and peppers
• Cook 4–5 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized
• Add spinach last and wilt (30–60 seconds)
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce (Blender = Key)
5️⃣ Bring It Together
• Add cooked pasta to veggie skillet
• Pour in sauce + splash of pasta water
• Toss to coat and loosen
• Fold shrimp back in
• Adjust seasoning
Finish with:
• Extra Parmesan
• Cracked black pepper
• Optional chili flakes
Macros (Approx. Per Serving)
• Calories: ~550
• Protein: ~45–50g
• Carbs: ~45–50g
• Fat: ~12–15g
