This was actually insane… Crunchy Pepperoni Wrap ⬇️Recipe⬇️ mozzarella cheese pepperonis Romaine lettuce Turkey Tomatoes Banana peppers Chipotle mayo Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mozzarella evenly across tray. Add pepperonis. Place tray in the oven at 350 and bake for 15 or so minutes or until the edges have browned. Remove tray from the oven and let sit to cool and harden for 5 minutes. Lift wrap and flip it over. Add inside ingredients then fold it over. Cut in half and enjoy! #cooking #food #recipe #dinner #dinnerideas #husbandandwife

Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese Ingredients • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 cloves garlic, chopped • 1/2 red onion, chopped • 1 lb ground beef • 1 1/2 cups tomato soup • 4 cups beef broth • 1 pound pasta • 8 ounces american cheese • 8 ounces cheddar cheese • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder • Salt • Pepper Instructions Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in the tomato soup until well combined, then pour in the beef broth. Add the pasta and stir. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer until the pasta is tender. This will take about 9 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once the pasta is cooked, add the american cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy. Recipe: Ingredients: 7-8 pieces of chicken thighs 2 cups of basmati rice, washed and drained 1 red onion, sliced 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/2 teaspoon of Maldon salt (flaky salt) Red sauce ingredients: 1.5 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 2 teaspoons of Baharat spice 1 teaspoon of paprika 3 tablespoons of tomato paste 3 minced garlic cloves 1/3 cup of olive oil 1 tablespoon of date syrup 4 cups of boiling water - Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C. 2. In an oven safe pan drizzle olive oil and flaky salt. Add the tomatoes and onion in one layer. 3. Pour the rice evenly around and place the chicken thighs on top. 4. Pour the red sauce gently over the rice and chicken. 5. Cover the pan with wet parchment paper and cover with aluminum foil on top of it. 6. Bake it in a preheated oven on 400F for 1 hour. 7. Remove the parchment paper and aluminum foil. 8. 🥒 Chinese Cucumber Salad 🥒 This is a classic childhood dish that I grew up eating and it’s by far one of the tastiest ever despite it being so simple! Also... the longer you let it sit in the dressing, the better it tastes 🤭 Ingredients 2 large or 3 medium cucumbers Approx. 1-2 tsp sea salt 1.5 tbsp black vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp sugar or sweetener of choice 2 cloves garlic, minced Chilli oil, to taste 1. Wash your cucumbers then slice off the ends. Smash down using a knife to split it lengthways then slice into rough chunks. 2. Place into a bowl and sprinkle some salt over to draw out any excess moisture. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 mins. 3. Rinse the cucumber to get rid of any excess salt then drain well (taste to test it). 4. In the meantime, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and chilli oil. Toss well to coat. 5. Serve immediately or alternately, cover and place in the fridge to sit and marinade before serving. When ready, transfer onto a plate, spoon on the leftover dressing and garnish with extra chilli oil. Credits to @kenjilopezalt who has an in-depth article about the science behind this recipe on his blog @seriouseats ⠀ RECIPE - about 2 kg potatoes - salt - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 4 tbsp oil (neutral vegetable oil or olive oil) - 1 sprig rosemary - 3 garlic cloves ⠀ ❶ Preheat oven to 230°C/450°F. ❷ To a large pot add 3 liters of water, salt and baking soda and bring to a boil. ❸ Peel and chop potatoes, then boil for 10-15 minutes until fork tender. Boiling the potatoes with baking soda helps breaking down the pectin, creating a rough surface and thus more crispiness. 🔥 ❹ Strain the potatoes, then shake to roughen the surface. ❺ Infuse the oil with garlic and rosemary. Pancake Mix 🥞 Don’t buy it, make it🖤 Full Recipe in Caption For the Pancake Mix * 4 cups all-purpose flour * 3 Tablespoons baking powder * 2 teaspoons baking soda * 1 teaspoon salt (optional) * 3 Tablespoons superfine sugar or vanilla sugar For the Batter * 1 large egg * 1 cup milk or buttermilk * 2 Tablespoon melted butter or Oil * 1 cup Homemade Pancake Mix (Recipe Above) * Additional butter for the griddle Instructions PANCAKE MIX * MIX all the ingredients together. Store the mix in an airtight glass or plastic container in a cool, dry place, like your pantry. It should keep for up to six months. 
 PANCAKE BATTER 
1️⃣Combine beaten egg, milk, and melted butter. 2️⃣Add pancake mix. MIX until well combined. 
 3️⃣HEAT a flat griddle or pan. ADD about 1 teaspoon butter.
 4️⃣SPOON 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle.

Welcome back to Make It Don’t Buy It, where I teach you how to make everyday foods you normally grab at the store right at home. Today we’re making homemade tortillas. Just like I always say, this isn’t about making everything from scratch all the time. It’s about knowing how, in case you ever need or want to. Some seasons you’ll make things like this, some seasons you won’t, and both are totally okay. Having the option matters. Store bought tortillas can have up to 20 ingredients. These homemade tortillas have only 4 and can be made in under 15 minutes. Ingredients: -2 cups flour -3/4 cup water -3 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil -1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions: -In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, oil, and salt. Stir until a rough dough forms. -Transfer the dough to a floured surface. -Knead for 2-3 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky. -Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle. -Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat. -Cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown spots form.
