THOnce upon a time, make up was just for special occasions.
Today it’s become the norm.
Our girls feel inferior, deficient and incomplete within their normal skin.
They’re at war with themselves before the day begins and are constantly bombarded with content creators wearing layers of make up, therapists, life coaches and those who we look to for answers are showing up without their real faces.
Nobody is saying to remove all make up or not to cover up minor imperfections, but there needs to be a healthy push back on not wearing make up, not trying to always look perfect, or at least not beating yourself up for not looking the way everyone else does.
The mental toll on young girls today is not right. They need voices to tell them “it’s ok not to wear layers of make up”
I can’t believe I have to say this. May Allah safeguard the hearts of our young girls. Aameen

BU⬇️ October is DV awareness awareness month and I will not live in HIS shame.🦋 I am not the only woman he has ever harmed. Apparently, the police didn’t even check and closed the case within HOURS.
A LOT of people immediately told me it was BS. I wouldn’t listen because I thought I remembered what happened, but what I remembered was what he told me when I was waking up from the coma.
People like him expect you to be too embarrassed to speak out because we are all imperfect. They will try to justify their actions as a reaction to your imperfections. Don’t listen to their insanity.
I’m struggling to create these videos, but I’m doing it because it’s important that he not be able to harm me or anyone else again.
If anyone has questions, I have receipts.
