Moon Basic Dough
2 cup Water
2 Tbspn Butter
1 Tspn Salt
Add 2 Cups Cake Flour
Stir Vigorously auntil it Forms a ball
Take Dough in to Plastic Bag and
Knead into a Smooth dough
Roll out and cut with Round Cutter.
Place a Spoonful of filling in the centre and Fill like half moons Then Close two Sides As show In the video .
•Dip In Beaten egg or Lai And Breadcrumbs.
•Freeze Or Fry.

Filling
1kg chicken fillet cut into small cubes
Braise with
1tsp whole jeeru
1tsp dhana jeeru powder
1 to 2 tsp green Chilli paste
2tsp garlic paste
1tsp salt
1/2tsp aeromat
2 to 3 tblsp butter
Cook till chicken done
Cool completely
Sauce
B-well Mayonnaise
(Thick and creamy)
Fresh chopped dhania 🍃
Dough
3 cups boiling water
1/4tsp salt
4tblsp butter
3cups flour
Boil water salt and butter
Once water is boiling hot add flour and mix with a wooden spoon
Remove dough on a flour surface and mix well using ur hand to make a nice dough
Roll out dough on a flour surface and cut out with a round shape
Add filling and close up to make a moon shape
And join the both ends together forming a mandos

Dip in beaten eggs
And breadcrumbs
Freezer suitable
