Ingredients:
Rice (soaked) - 2 cup
Adas (Lentils) - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Potato - 2 pcs (optional)
Capsicum - 2 cups
Fresh Coriander - 1 cup
Onion - 2 cups
Garlic - 10 pcs or more
Curry powder - 1 tsp
Long green chili - 3 pcs
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Maggi cube - 2 pcs
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Ghee or normal oil - 2-3 tablespoons or more
Mango Pickles / Mango Achar - 3-5 tbsp
Hot water: 2-4 cups depending on pot size
Salt: to taste

SOThis is how I host smarter—not harder. One versatile chicken and cheese filling, split, sauced, and served three ways. Easy, flexible, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Btw this is no mayo no cream recipe 😉
INGREDIENTS
• 400 g chicken breast
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 2–3 tsp pepper
• Salt, to taste
• Cream cheese
SAUCES I USED
• Mango jalapeño
• Green Tabasco
• Hot sauce
(You can also use sweet chilli sauce, mango achar, chutney, ketchup—whatever you love.)
METHOD
Boil the chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
Don’t evaporate all the water—keep a little to loosen the mixture later if needed.
Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with cream cheese (add as much or as little as you like, depending on how creamy you want it).
Now comes the fun part—split the base and add sauces of your choice.
Serve it on Monaco biscuits, nachos, canapés, cucumber slices, or simply as a dip with crackers.

Summer isn’t complete without a jar of mango achar sitting on your kitchen shelf quietly soaking up all the flavour and nostalgia.
This recipe is ridiculously simple, needs no fancy technique, and the best part? You can store it for up to a year (if you can resist finishing it before that 👀).
Made with raw mangoes, a handful of spices, and lots of love this achar is my go-to for making even the laziest meal exciting.
Save this one. Your future self will thank you every time you open the jar.
INGREDIENTS:
- raw mango
- sugar
- gur
- salt
- vinegar
- haldi powder
- chill powder
- dry red chilli
- 5 phoron
- mouri
- jeera
Process:
1. mango cube or water shape you want to give it to it.
2. in a pan add the mangoes, gur, vinegar & sugar soak for 30 min
3. In a dry pan add dry red chilli, panchforon, mourn & jeera
4. roast the masala and smash them
5. light the gas and add the soaked with mangoes
6. once the water comes to a boil add haldi & chill powder
7. Once the water starts to reduce also, the mangoes will get a little hard in texture add the masala.
