Вкуснейшая закуска - костный мозг (отлично подойдет для праздничного стола)😋 English👇 Готовлю в любимом аэрогриле Demiand Арт на вб #39687216 Арт на озон #315454833 🔪Состав: 🧠Мозговые кости 🧠Оливковое масло 🧠Соль, перец 🍀Красный лук 🍀Зелень (кинза или петрушка) 🍀Хлопья чили 🍀Сок лимона: 1/2 ст.л. 🍀Оливковое масло: 1/2 ст.л. 🍀Соль, перец 🔪Приготовление: 🧠Мозговые кости слегка поливаем маслом, присыпаем солью с перцем и запекаем 20-25 минут при 180 градусах. 🍀Этим временем мелко рубленные красный лук и зелень соединяем с солью, перцем, хлопьями чили, соком лимона и оливковым маслом. 🧠Достаем мозг из косточек в чашу, сюда же выливаем все масло, которое собралось в форме и не много охлаждаем. А затем взбиваем миксером до пышной густой массы. 🍀Смазываем поджаренный кусок багета, сверху смесь с луком и наслаждаемся. Приятного аппетита😋 Delicious Bone Marrow Appetizer😋👇 🔪 Ingredients: 🧠 Marrow bones 🧠 Olive oil 🧠 Salt, pepper 🍀 Red onion 🍀 Herbs (cilantro or parsley) 🍀 Chili flakes 🍀 Lemon juice: ½ tbsp 🍀 Olive oil: ½ tbsp 🍀 Salt, pepper 🔪 Instructions: 🧠 Lightly drizzle the marrow bones with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F). 🍀 Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion and herbs. Combine them with salt, pepper, chili flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil. 🧠 Remove the marrow from the bones into a bowl. Add all the oil that has collected in the baking dish, then let it cool slightly. Whip with a mixer until you get a fluffy, thick mixture. 🍀 Brush a toasted slice of baguette with the marrow mixture, top with the onion-herb mix, and enjoy!😋

Inside bone marrow where red blood cells are born and prepared Red blood cells are produced inside the bone marrow through a process called erythropoiesis. The marrow contains stem cells that can develop into different blood cells. When the body needs more oxygen carrying cells, some stem cells commit to becoming red blood cells and begin maturing step by step. As they develop, these cells produce large amounts of hemoglobin, the protein that binds oxygen. At the same time, they shrink and eventually lose their nucleus. This loss creates more space for hemoglobin and makes the cells flexible enough to travel through tiny blood vessels. The final immature form, called a reticulocyte, is released into the bloodstream and finishes maturing within one to two days. Mature red blood cells then circulate for about 120 days before being removed by the spleen and replaced by newly formed cells from the bone marrow.

BONE MARROW AND GARLIC CONFIT The best version of a special pesach treat. AND it take less time to prepare then it does to eat it. OH AND it’s 5 ingredients. Including salt pepper and oil. So really 2 ingredients. Add in rosemary, thyme, lemon slices, chiles or whatever you want. I kept it simple to show you that even in its most basic form it is still the most decadent and delicious bite of food you will eat this holiday! Hope you enjoy!!! #recipe 7-10 marrow bones (depending on the size of your baking dish) 55-65 cloves garlic (same reason) 1 tbsp kosher salt 2 tsp coarse black pepper Olive oil (about 2 cups also depending on size of dish) Preheat oven to 350°f. Add marrow bones to pan fitting in as many possible as long as they are each fully touching the bottom of the pan. I prefer the thinner longer ones here, to the shorter wider ones so that I can fit more in the pan. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Pour oil over everything making sure that garlic cloves are just covered. Cover dish. Bake for 30 min. Remove cover and bake about 45 min. Check. If the top layer of garlic and the marrow is crispy on top it’s done. If not, give it another 10-20 min till done. Serve piping hot (with caution), slather on matzah, crackers, toast or just dig in bc it’s that good! And because I know these marrow bones are stunning and you’re gonna ask… they’re from my fave @bennys_meat_shop

Bone marrow is one of the most nutritious foods babies can eat 👇🏽 This is something I’ve been making for Greylan lately, and honestly it’s one of those foods that makes you step back and think… this is probably how babies were fed for thousands of years. For most of human history, marrow wasn’t some trendy food. It was one of the most prized parts of the animal. Hunters would literally crack the bones open to get the marrow inside because it was such a dense source of nourishment. And when you think about what babies actually need, it makes a lot of sense. Babies grow incredibly fast, and their brains are developing faster than at almost any other point in life. Foods that provide healthy fats and a lot of nutrition in small amounts are incredibly helpful during that stage. Breast milk itself is about 50% fat, which tells you something important about how babies are designed to grow. Bone marrow fits that pattern really well. It’s rich in nourishing fats, provides small amounts of protein and minerals, and delivers a lot of nutrition in just a tiny portion — which is perfect because babies don’t eat very much at a time. One thing I like about it too is the texture. When you roast marrow and whip it, it turns into this soft, creamy spread that’s really easy for babies to eat. I’ll serve a small spoonful on its own, mix it into mashed foods, or spread it on sourdough strips. And maybe my favorite part is that it reconnects us to traditional foods.
