BAPlaying 18 holes at WDW’s Golf Courses is EXPENSIVE! Especially the morning tee times when the weather is best. BUT I figured this out and surprised my golf loving husband!
Magnolia Palms offers Private OR Semi-Private
Golf Lessons taught by PGA instructors who will customize each 45-minute session to your skill and experience level! I booked him a private lesson for only $90! We chose 10:30am and we were told to ask at the front desk of our Disney Resort for transportation straight to the course. The transportation was free there and back! (no paying for a Minnie Van!)
My favorite part was the pro shop filled with Disney Golf exclusive merchandise! There was also a small cafe and beautiful walking paths to enjoy the grounds!

THPeach Ice Cream Sandwiches
My husband has talked about the iconic peach ice cream sandwiches from the Masters for our entire relationship, so I knew I had to recreate them this year. And getting to attend the Masters for the first time made it even more special. I finally understand the hype…the tradition, the memories, the energy, and of course, the food. After trying the original, I came home determined to give it an Ansley spin. These have a thicker layer of peach ice cream and soft, chewy cookies that stay perfectly tender even when frozen (thanks to a little cream cheese and cream of tartar in the dough). I tested homemade peach ice cream, but since it’s not peach season, nothing beats a really good store-bought version here. These are officially part of our at-home Masters tradition now, and I have a feeling you’ll be making them every spring too. Makes 9 ice cream sandwiches
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
2 oz (60g) full fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (25g) light brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup (210g) all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 tsp fine sea salt
1.5 quarts peach ice cream (I used @tillamook Peaches & Cream)
