SILearning Fractions with *Pizza Fractions Party* class 2B
*Class 2* students of *Shanti International School* recently participated in a fun and delicious hands-on activity to learn about fractions using pizza models. The goal was to understand how a whole shape can be divided into equal parts like halves and quarters.
*Activity Highlights:-*
The Whole Pizza: Students started with a circular paper base representing "one whole" pizza.
Making Slices: Using scissors, they carefully divided their pizzas into equal parts. They learned that cutting a pizza into two equal parts creates halves (1/2), cutting it into three equal parts creates One-third (1/3) and cutting it into four equal parts creates quarters (1/4).
