Warmer months are right around the corner, making it the perfect time to tighten and tone. Grab a magic circle and try this full body Pilates workout! 🔥 Seated C Curve w/ Ring Sit tall with your feet flat on the floor and the ring between your thighs. Round spine, pull navel in, roll back, inch forward, and squeeze the ring at the top of the movement. 🔥 Seated C Curve w/ Chest Press Rotation Hold the ring at chest height with arms bent. Squeeze the ring and rotate to the side, return to center and repeat. 🔥 Straight Leg Lowers Lie on your back with legs extended and the ring in between the calves. Exhale as you lower the legs and inhale as you bring them back up. 🔥 Double Leg Circles Lie on your back with arms by your sides and legs extended upward, hold ring between your ankles. Lower legs down and out to the side in a circular motion, keeping them straight and controlled. Reverse the movement. 🔥 Side Kneeling Obliques Kneel on one side other leg extended to side, foot grounded. Arms overhead with ring. Engage your oblique muscles and make sure you switch sides to target the waist effectively. 🔥 Pilates Ring Assisted Push Up Place the ring under your chest so that one outer pad is pushing against your mat and the other is lined up with your sternum. Inhale as you bend your arms, lowering your body towards the mat—keeping straight plank alignment—and squishing the ring. Exhale to straighten your arms, resisting the ring to push back up to your full plank. #pilatesworkout #magiccircle #magiccirclepilates #matpilates #matpilatesclass
