Note the different spring load to accommodate for the different arm movements. This is an ADVANCED SEQUENCE! ‼️3-4 light springs (1 grey on Mini Pro) Reverse Super Lunge (6 min) - Kneeling Chest Opener 1 min - Full Range Reverse Super Lunge Chest Opener 1 min - Floating Chest Opener1 min - Kneeling Bicep Curl 1 min - Full Range Reverse Super Lunge Bicep Curl 1 min - Floating Bicep Curl 1 min While six minutes in Reverse Super Lunge sounds daunting, I can assure you this progression goes much quicker than you would expect. REVERSE RUNNER’s LUNGE 2.0 Base Style Flow 📽️ is sped up 2x 2.0 Base Style is Lagree’s pre-course for Lagree 2.0 - less exercises, more variations & progressions, longer durations and minimal to zero transitions = MORE 🔥🔥🔥 Baby! This 4-min sequence can be done: 1 min - Rev Runners Lunge Full range 1 min - Static Twist (not shown) then Kick & Twist 30 sec - pulses (good to place at the end of sequence) 30 sec - split squats 1 min - full range with Spine hinge to blue & Silver (to avoid gripping on LB from staying too long in same spine line) But REMEMBER in order to do this, you will need to over compensate on spring tension so you can allow your students to stay longer in the exercise without compromising form & alignment.
