The easiest 3 new memory secrets👇🏽🧠✅ As the world leading Smart Skills coach with over 22,725 students, these 3 NEW memory methods have proven to work time and time again 🧑🏽‍🔬 Try these memory methods to remember what you read faster and easier👇🏽 I - Interleaving Your memory will skyrocket if you simply read, stop then try to recall what you just read after a short break. Repeat this interleaving cycle on important information for best results 🔁 it is the BEST scientifically proven technique to boost memory after reading 📖 C - Chunking Break apart complex topics into simple ideas. These simple ideas are easily remembered by your brain which will help you NEVER forget what you are reading 🧠 E - Encoding ⚡️ If you have difficulty remembering what you read it’s likely you are passively reading without meaningful processing! To solve this encode what you read properly by summarising key ideas and linking new concepts to prior knowledge 🧠 I taught James ICE and he could effortlessly memorize all his essays and his notes for school 👩🏽‍🎓💯 COMMENT “ICE” and I’ll send you a FREE 31-page guide with 17+ proven strategies to get smarter ❤️👩🏽‍🎓 #study #studyhacks #studygram #memorize

If you scroll thinking I’m going to give you generic and overused memory techniques like Feynman and pomodoro, then you’ll miss out! 🎯 1) Scramble & Conquer 👉🏻 Mixing topics forces your brain to choose the right method — insane long-term retention. 📌 Rotate A → B → C → A and note: “Why A here, not B?” 🎯 2) Guess & Generate 👉🏻 Guessing before studying builds stronger retrieval pathways. 📌 Write 5 Qs, force answers, then study and correct. 🎯 3) Move-to-Remember 👉🏻 Tiny actions or mental movement anchor memories in your motor system. 📌 Add a 1-sec gesture or press a key while recalling. 🎯 4) Desirable Difficulty 👉🏻 A little struggle = deeper processing = stronger memory. 📌 Explain the concept before reading the explanation. 🎯 5) Sleep Replay 👉🏻 Your brain rehearses new info during sleep — memory skyrockets. 📌 Study a hard topic → nap 20–45 min → quick review. 🎯 6) Confidence Calibration 👉🏻 Knowing what you don’t know makes studying efficient. 📌 Test → rate confidence 1–5 → relearn mismatches. 🎯 7) Micro-Contrast Switching 👉🏻 Tiny context changes create multiple recall cues. 📌 Shift posture, lamp angle, or pen color every 20–40 min. A 3 hour time table to test this (change the time based on your needs): 3:00–3:40 — Deep Study (40 min) 3:40–3:45 — Micro Break (5 min) 3:45–4:15 — Interleaving Practice (30 min) 4:15–4:20 — Micro Break (5 min) 4:20–5:00 — Generation & Recall Session (40 min) 5:00–5:10 — Review + Confidence Check (10 min) 5:10–6:00 — Past Paper / Application Drill (50 min) #study #studytips

5 steps for memorizing faster and easier! ⬇️ 🧠 1. Use spaced repetition. This is a technique where you strategically space out information and review and recall the information until it is learned. It is extremely effective for long term memory recall! 2. Use mnemonics, acronyms, and other tricks. Simple tricks like these help you remember groups of information that go together, or difficult concepts. 3. Write it down! Research shows that writing by hand on physical paper improves memory. I used to do this to memorize words in Spanish. It’s more active than just reading concepts from a page or a screen. 4. Have someone quiz you. You can also make a quiz for yourself, but another person can give you clues that get your brain moving, or they can show you a special trick that they find helpful. Two minds IS better than one. 5. Finally, practice active recall. Ultimately, to memorize fast, the easiest and most effective way to do it is by forcing your brain to retrieve the information- active learning vs passive learning. Use the tips above (which are active methods) to stimulate your memory. #memorization #studytips #studyhacks #studyharder #studyhabits #studyhack #studyhelp #studyadvice #studyingtips #studyinghard #studyspo #studyspiration #studyspace #studywithme #studyvlog #studyingmotivation #studymotivation #productivitytips #productivityhacks #productivemindset #motivationtostudy #motivationtosucceed #howtostudy #studydesk #finalsweek #finalsweekgotmelike #examstress #examseason #exampreparation

Read below👇 🧠 I train my memory the way I train muscles by stressing it just enough to adapt. Instead of rereading, I force myself to recall details without notes and let my brain struggle. I learned that effort signals the brain to strengthen neural connections. When recall feels uncomfortable, I know the training is working. 🧩 I rotate what I study on purpose rather than sticking to one topic. Mixing subjects feels harder, but my brain builds stronger retrieval pathways this way. I noticed my recall became faster in real life situations, not just exams. Training memory like this made it flexible, not fragile. ⏱️ I protect recovery time the same way athletes protect rest days. After intense learning, I stop studying completely and let my brain consolidate. Sleep and mental breaks lock memories in more than extra hours of effort. My recall improved once I stopped overtraining my mind. 📖 I teach concepts out loud to an imaginary patient or friend. Explaining forces my brain to organize information clearly and exposes gaps fast. I adjust what I do not explain well and repeat the process. This method made my memory durable, not just short term. 🧠 I revisit information right before forgetting instead of cramming. I space my reviews based on when recall starts to feel shaky. This timing strengthens long term memory like progressive overload. My brain holds information longer with less effort now. 🚀 If you want more tips to be a TOP student, just comment “Coach Me” and I’ll send you more details. #memorytrainingmethod #brainathletemode #doctorstudyroutine #cognitiveperformance #neurolearningtips

What is it? THE DOODLING METHOD. The doodling method consists of scribbling with your non-dominant hand while studying or memorizing - it’s a memorization technique that forces your brain to slow down and pay closer attention. Because that hand feels awkward, your brain has to work harder, which increases focus and reduces mind-wandering. This extra effort creates stronger neural connections linked to what you’re learning. While doodling, you’re engaging both motor activity and visual processing, which helps encode information more deeply. The doodles don’t need to be artistic or detailed to be effective. What matters is that the movement keeps you mentally present with the material. Your recall is often better than with passive note-taking or reading😌
