How many times should you pray a day? You should pray continuously. Whenever you realize you’re not praying, pray. Whenever something begins to stress you out, pray. Whenever you have a decision to make, pray. Be always open to hearing from God and always open to speaking to him. It’s like breathing. You don’t think about breathing, you just breathe. And as you grow in your faith, you wanna just connect to God as if it were just like breathing, where you’re living in that intimate relationship with him.

He trains it daily: when his pulse spikes, he doesn’t say “calm down.” He whispers “distance.” Then he imagines moving the scene two meters away — sounds fade, body loosens, vision widens. The body follows where the mind stands. 3. Neurologically, it’s called cognitive decoupling — shifting perspective breaks the threat loop. When you “step back” mentally, your brain switches from survival mode (amygdala) to calculation (prefrontal cortex). Breathing and aim stabilize instantly. 4.
