This week on Awakened Magazine, we share the moment Dalia Burgoin proves that extraocular vision (or mindsight) is real. While David holds up pieces of colored paper she cannot physically see, Dalia rattles them off perfectly: “So that's yellow... Red, that's green... That's blue... That's orange pink.” The astonishment is palpable, but that's just the start.
The real surprise comes when David holds up a card game by @timferriss and @gameofkittens, and Dalia begins to read the fine print with her eyes completely covered: “It says Coyote. It says a game by Tim Ferriss and Exploding Kittens. An addictive card game of hilarity, high fives and havoc.” This jaw-dropping demonstration is part of Dalia’s larger mission, which began when she realized her severely autistic daughter, Lidu, was actually telepathic.
Dalia now trains individuals—including the blind—to access this “light sense,” proving that our perception is not limited to our physical eyes. Para la neurociencia, es imposible que un ciego de nacimiento tenga alucinaciones visuales. Su cerebro no tiene “archivo de imágenes”.
Sin embargo, el Dr. Kenneth Ring (Universidad de Connecticut) investigó 31 casos de personas ciegas (algunas de nacimiento) que reportaron visión clara y detallada durante una Experiencia Cercana a la Muerte (ECM)
El caso más famoso es el de Vicki Umipeg: ciega total, pudo describir visualmente los instrumentos quirúrgicos y detalles físicos del equipo médico que la operaba, cosas que jamás había visto en su vida física.
Esto sugiere que la “visión” es una cualidad de la consciencia (el alma), y que los ojos físicos son solo lentes que a veces... nos limitan.
