NOT MY RECIPE BUT THE CARAMEL IS MY GENIUS Ingredients: Cooking spray 1 Puff Pastry 1 can apple pie filling 8 ounces whipped cream cheese 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar 1 egg, for an egg wash Directions: 1. Grease the inside of one muffin tin and the outside of another. 2. Lay the puff pastry on top of the muffin tin that is sprayed on the inside. Use the other muffin tin to press on top of the dough to make wells. Sprinkle the wells with some cinnamon sugar. 3. Add some cinnamon sugar to the whipped cream cheese to taste and mix. Add a small scoop of the cinnamon sugar cream cheese inside the wells of the puff pastry. Top with a scoop of the apple pie filling. 4. Use a pizza cutter to cut into separate pieces. Then pull the corners of each towards the center and press to seal in the middle. 5. Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar. 6. Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

These Apple Pie Bites are amazing! Shout out to @groarkboysbbq for the inspiration! How many of these would you take down! What you’ll need: -Puff Pastry. -Apple pie filling. -Cinnamon sugar cream cheese frosting. - @unclestevesshake Dessert Shake or cinnamon sugar mix. -Caramel sauce. -1 egg. -Powdered sugar. How to make’em: Spray down the muffin tin with spray oil. Roll out puff pastry over the muffin tin and use a small cup to press the patry into the tin. Sprinkle some of the dessert shake into each cup. Spoon a tbsp of the frosting and apple pie into each cup. Cut the pastry into squares. Take each corner of the pastry, pull them together and twist them. Brush egg wash over each bite and sprinkle more dessert shake over the top. Place in a 400f oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle caramel sauce oven and dust with powdered sugar. Remove them from the muffin tin, serve and enjoy! #applepie #apple #puffpastry #dessert #dessertrecipe

Are you an apple pie lover or hater? 🫣 RECIPE Crust: **I double the crust recipe in the video to make 4 dough balls! •2 ½ cup all-purpose flour (351g) •½ tsp table salt (3g) •1 cup + 3 tbsp unsalted cold cubed butter (268g) •⅔ cup cold water (158ml) Filling: •7-8 granny smith apples (2lbs + 1oz after peeling & slicing) •½ cup granulated sugar (104g) •⅔ cup lightly packed dark brown sugar (142g) •2 ½ tsp all-purpose flour (7g) •2 tsp ground cinnamon (6g) •⅛ tsp nutmeg  •⅛ tsp allspice  •1 tbsp lemon juice (15ml) •2 tsp lemon zest (6g) Egg Wash: •1 egg •1 tbsp water (15ml) Topping: •2 tbsp granulated sugar (30g)
 •In a food processor, mix the flour, salt, & cold butter. Slowly add the water until combined. Place on a clean counter and knead for 1-2 mins.  •Divide the dough into 4 parts, create uniform balls, wrap well & refrigerate for at least 1 hr. (This recipe uses 2 dough balls. You can refrigerate the remaining 2 for up to 3 days or freeze them for 2-3 months) •Peel & thinly slice the apples. In a bowl, toss all of the pie filling ingredients & mix until the apple slices are well coated •Grease a 9” deep dish pie pan & preheat oven to 400F •Roll out 1 chilled dough ball to 12”-13” in diameter. Place it in your greased pan and pinch the dough around the edge •Fill your crust with the filling. Don’t pour the excess juices from the bowl into the pie to avoid a soggy crust •Grab another dough ball and roll it out to 12”-13”. Cut strips for the lattice work & top the pie as you’d like •Mix the egg wash & brush it on top of the lattice. Sprinkle w/ sugar •Carefully cover the edge of the pie with foil & bake at 400F for 25 mins. Carefully remove the foil, lower oven temp to 375F, & keep baking for 35 minutes or until the top is golden. Baking time will vary depending on your oven so keep an eye on it as it bakes •Allow it to fully cool before slicing & serving w/ ice cream & caramel •Recommended: Allow it to fully cool (this will take a few hours), wrap it well with plastic wrap, & refrigerate overnight before serving #applepie #pie #thanksgivingrecipes

Pour in heavy whipping cream. Add both sugars and stir until dissolved. Then, add vanilla extract and bring to a boil. Whisk cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add slurry to pan. Stir until it gets thick. Remove from heat. Add salt and cinnamon sugar if desired. Apple Filling Ingredients: 4 red apples, peeled, cored and chopped 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, corded and chopped 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tsp apple pie spice 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp allspice 2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp cloves 1 tbsp vanilla sugar (optional) Instructions: In a large bowl, add flour, sugars, cornstarch, and spices. Toss apples until evenly coated. Assembly 2 pre-baked 9-inch pie shells 2 premade rolled pie crusts 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for wash) Divide filling between shells. Spoon caramel over apples. Top with crusts, crimp edges, and cut slits. Whisk egg and water, brush over crust. I’m not buying any groceries ep.7 Lazy apple pie The recipe is right below, save it on @recime.app Ingredients: 2 large apples 50g brown sugar 2t ground cinnamon 1t ground ginger 1/2t salt 1t ground nutmeg (optional) 1/3 cup chopped pecans (optional) 1T butter 1T lemon juice 1t corn flour ~320g puff pastry (1 store-bought package) 1 egg, mixed for egg wash 2T demerara or sanding sugar (for topping - optional) Vanilla ice cream (for topping - optional) Steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 200C 2. Peel and chop the apple in small dices. 3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt and pecans, and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes until the apples are slightly translucent. Remove from heat and cool down. 4. Beat 1 egg to prepare an egg wash. 5. Mix in cornstarch when the apples are cooled (optional, if the apples are loose). 6. Roll out the puff pastry cut into roughly six squares (easier to do it parchment paper on baking tray, to avoid having to transport them!) 7. Fill each square with 2T of the apple filling and 1T of cream cheese. 8. Brush egg wash on the edges of the square (as glue), and fold the squares diagonally to make triangles. Press around edges with a fork to seal them. 9. Brush the surface of the triangles with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle demerara or sanding sugar on top (optional). 10. Make 2-3 small cuts with a knife on each pastry (to allow steam to escape). 11. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. 12. Enjoy warm or cold! It’s Fried Apple Pie season, y’all! Made with biscuit dough, these hand pies are light, flaky and oh-so crunchy. This recipe is perfect for using leftover dough from biscuits you made the day before. Try it! ✨Don’t forget to save this recipe for later✨ Filling: 4 baking apples - granny smith, golden delicious or honey crisp 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Dough: 2 1/2 cups White Lily Self-Rising Flour 1/3 cup shortening (we used butter-flavored) 1 cup cold buttermilk Vegetable oil, for frying Directions: 1. Peel, core and dice apples. Transfer apples to a pan. Toss with sugar and cinnamon. Heat to medium low, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until apples are tender. 2. Mash to make an apple sauce consistency leaving some apples whole. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until slightly deeper in color. Spread filling onto a plate to cool quickly. 3. Add flour to a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Add shortening and buttermilk. Break up shortening and slowly incorporate flour to form a rough ball. Transfer to a clean surface and knead in additional flour until no longer sticky. 4. Pinch off about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll out into a thin circle. Add additional flour as needed so it doesn’t stick. 5. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Dip your finger in water and spread water on the bottom edge of dough (this will help the dough seal). Fold dough over filling and gently press the edges to seal. Use a fork to create indentations on the edge. 6. Fill a pan with about at least 1 inch of oil. Heat to medium until simmering. Carefully fry pies in batches for 3-5 minutes, flipping often, or until golden. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil. 7. Toss pies in cinnamon sugar or drizzle on icing and enjoy hot!❤️

A lot of people like to cook and then can their filling but I was raised on fresh fruit pie fillings. So this works well to give you that fresh fruit experience plus it saves major time when I want to bake a pie. Ingredients: • 2 apples (peeled and chopped into small cubes) • 40g salted butter • 50g brown sugar • 1–2 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp nutmeg • (Optional) 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1/2 tsp cornflour (cornstarch) • 3 tsp cold water • 2 sheets frozen shortcrust pastry • 1 egg white (for sealing) • 1 egg yolk+1 tbsp milk( for brushing ) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Make the Apple Filling • In a saucepan, add chopped apples, salted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and (optional) lemon juice. • Simmer over medium heat until the apples soften. 2. Thicken the Mixture • Mix cornflour and cold water in a small bowl. • Pour into the apple mixture and stir until it thickens. • Set aside to cool. 3. Prepare the Pastry • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). • Use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut out 8 pastry circles from one pastry sheet. • Use leftover pastry (or the second sheet if needed) to cut thin strips for the tops. 4. Assemble the Mini Pies • Place about 1 tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each pastry circle. • Brush the pastry edges with egg white to help seal. • Lay 2 strips of pastry on top, then 2 more perpendicular on top (no need for full lattice). • Press edges gently with a fork to seal. 5. Apple pie recipe 🍏🥧✨ 🍏 apple pie filling 8 medium cored and peeled Granny Smith apples 1/3 cup lemon juice 2/3 cup white sugar 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed) 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Separate bowl) cornstarch mixture: 6 tablespoons corn starch + 1/2 cup water 🥧 pie dough ingredients 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cut into cubes 3-5 tablespoons ice water 🧊 1 tablespoon of sugar OPTIONAL for a sweeter crust ✨ 🥧 PIE DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS 🥧 1. in a mixing bowl, add the flour & cold cubed butter. (if you’re using the sugar, mix it with the flour before adding the butter) 2. use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. add ice water one tablespoon at a time, mixing just until the dough comes together 4. form dough into a disk, wrap with saran wrap & refrigerate for at least 30 min 5. roll out dough onto floured surface & fit into a 9-inch pie dish 6. trim & crimp edges if desired 🍏 APPLE PIE FILLING INSTRUCTIONS 🍏 Peel & core all the apples then add to a bowl Add the lemon juice, all the sugar and cinnamon + mix well Turn your pan on medium high heat, melt the butter then add the apple mixture, stir for 2 minutes until all sugar dissolves Cover and reduce to medium low heat and simmer for 7 minutes In a separate bowl make your cornstarch mix, whisk well then add to the pan - stir until it thickens (3-5 minutes) Add your apple pie filling to your pie crust Do a lattice pie crust and DO AN EGG WASH (1 egg & 1 TBSP milk or water)! it’s soo worth it to make the pie shiny and golden ✨😋 ⏲️ bake apple pie at 400 for ~30-35 minutes (keep your eye on it, every oven is different) 😋 let cool and enjoy! i usually make this 24 hours before eating 🤍🍏✨🥧 . . .#applepie #applepies
