HEPotato cheese balls 🥔✨
Ingredients:
• 600 g potatoes
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chicken or mushroom bouillon
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1–2 tbsp parsley
• 100–120 g mozzarella or quick-melt cheese
• Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender (15–20 minutes). Drain and dry well.
2. Mash potatoes while warm until completely smooth.
3. Mix in salt, bouillon, pepper, parsley, and cornstarch until a soft dough forms.
4. Take 25 g potato dough, add 5 g cheese, seal tightly, and roll smooth.
5. Chill for 30 minutes.
6. Fry in medium-hot oil (170–175°C) for 3–4 minutes until golden, without moving for the first 30 seconds.
7. Serve hot.
