atla’s book 3 has some of my favorite episodes in the show, from the mirrored episodes to zuko’s inner battle to the hilarious recap of the ember island player. but the puppetmaster always stood out to me. up to that point in the show, waterbending is always associated with healing, and kindness. and yet, bloodbending is so sinister.

ahem, back to the polish, it’s beautiful. i still have it on. i included multiple lighting options since i’ve been able to wear it for a minute. i think i should’ve done cat eye to showcase the reddish base better but i’m such a hoe for the velvet effect ✨
