Remember our new kittens? One of them (Willie) can't seem to resist attacking our beautiful waterfowl mounts. 😭 After this incident, we concluded that Willie had a special interest in the mounts, so we moved everything to where "he couldn't possibly reach them." That didn't work. He has Superman powers! 😬 Seriously! Taxidermy is our main livelihood, we specialize in waterfowl/upland birds and we need to be able to have mounts in our home and also to occasionally bring customer birds in to dry. Needless to say...we are going to have to make a new plan.
