But in reality, it’s far more accessible and ever-present. If you sit around waiting for that sudden burst of inspiration, you might never get started. If you make creativity a part of your daily routine (...) it becomes much easier to sustain. It exposes habits where you grip unnecessarily, where you rush, where you avoid effort, where you disconnect. Over time, it changes not just how you move, but how you interpret internal signals. When you train strength, coordination, breath, and variability together, the body becomes less noisy and more precise. You start distinguishing tension from effort, fatigue from avoidance, intuition from impulse. That clarity alters decision-making in subtle ways. This. I repeat. This. How are you approaching boundaries when it comes to your working and personal relationships? When you’re clear about who you are and what you stand for, setting boundaries is simple. Maybe not easy at first, but simple. If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no thank you. 👏 Here are some of MY boundaries: 1. I have a boundary around discipline, if something is going to threaten my ability to show up and perform the next day, that’s my boundary. It’s non-negotiable. That’s why I don’t drink alcohol. There’s nothing that gets in the way more of me feeling good, than being hungover. 
 2. I have a boundary on my movement practice and working out. If I don’t work out, my mental health suffers, and everyone around me suffers.  3. I also have velvet rope around my work, my wellness practice, and what clients we take on. Because if we take on a client that is not aligned with the business’s core values, its going to make the experience painful for my team, it’s going to leave us unmotivated, and it’s going to impact our work.  Protect your peace. Don’t commit to something that drains you of your light or your energy. And if you feel like you’re trapped, come talk to me 😉

The other day I almost canceled my #therapy appointment because I was feeling good and happy. Then I realized, I wouldn’t cancel my #workout or movement practice because my body was feeling good… I’d lean into it even more. We don’t stop once we notice “results,” we keep going. Gone are the days where we exercise for weight loss and just for the external transformation. The fact that ONLY these changes are so often linked to exercise is stopping you from experiencing the real magic that can come from exercise you enjoy. When we let go of the idea that exercise had to look and feel a certain way, that is, it had to look like the latest fad and it had to feel like a slog, we were finally able to experience so many more benefits from movement. Our stress levels decreased, we felt more present, we felt more joy, we felt more energised, we felt more focused, we felt more at peace. When we found a way of movement that we actually wanted to do, instead of it feeling like a chore, or something we HAD to do, suddenly our movement practice was the best part of the day! It’s something we look forward to! If this all feels far away for you, or you’re thinking ‘as if I’ll always hate exercise’ - maybe it’s just you haven’t tried the right exercise for you yet!
