For example, if you have a restricted diet, such as a vegan or vegetarian diet, or if you have a medical condition that affects nutrient absorption, a multivitamin may help to fill in any nutrient gaps. Most people think a diet full I raw veggies and fruits can do the same job that multivitamin does. 1. In today’s busy and hectic lifestyle alot of people are not able to track all their micronutrient and mineral needs, a multivitamin acts as an insurance policy to avoid any deficiency which can impact health negatively. (We are mostly goal driven and sitting on computers and phones and hardly able to complete our macro nutrient goals of carbs , proteins and fats and it is difficulty to track our micronutrients which are as important as macros for optimal health. 2.
