But when you master different styles of training, your body changes and so does your mindset. I’ve tried it all and what works for me now is hypertrophy calisthenics explosive power athletic movement and conditioning. But the real game-changer isn’t the workouts. It’s the inner work. Journaling your thoughts and mastering your mind will create alignment. Fitness is more than lifting weights and tracking macros. You’re going to war with yourself and that’s where discipline is built. Whatever path you choose, go all in.
