🔍 تست‌های غیرمخرب (NDT) دقیقاً چی هستن و هر کدوم کِی به کار میان؟ در صنایع نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و تجهیزات تحت فشار، ما اجازه نداریم برای فهمیدن عیب، قطعه رو تخریب کنیم. اینجاست که NDT به‌عنوان ستون فقرات بازرسی فنی وارد می‌شه ⚙️ 📌 تست‌های غیرمخرب کمک می‌کنن عیوب سطحی و داخلی رو بدون خارج کردن تجهیز از سرویس شناسایی کنیم؛ یعنی تصمیم‌گیری آگاهانه، کاهش ریسک و جلوگیری از توقف‌های پرهزینه. 🧪 مهم‌ترین روش‌های NDT به‌صورت کاربردی 👇 👁 VT – Visual Testing اولین و مهم‌ترین مرحله بازرسی ترک‌های سطحی، خوردگی، Undercut و عیوب ظاهری جوش همین‌جا دیده می‌شن. 🧲 MT – Magnetic Testing مخصوص مواد فرومغناطیس برای ترک‌های سطحی و نزدیک سطح در جوش‌ها و قطعات فولادی عالیه. ☢️ RT – Radiographic Testing با اشعه X یا گاما عیوب حجمی مثل تخلخل، Lack of Fusion و Lack of Penetration رو نشون می‌ده، ولی هزینه و محدودیت ایمنی داره. 🎧 AT – Acoustic Emission شنیدن صدای عیب‌های فعال برای پایش ترک یا نشتی در حین سرویس، بدون توقف تجهیز. 📡 UT – Ultrasonic Testing یکی از دقیق‌ترین روش‌ها ترک‌های داخلی، خوردگی و ضخامت‌سنجی → از Conventional تا PAUT و TOFD. 🌀 ET – Eddy Current Testing مخصوص مواد رسانا انتخاب اول برای تیوب‌های مبدل حرارتی و بازرسی سریع. ✅ نکته مهم: هیچ تست NDT به‌تنهایی کامل نیست. انتخاب روش مناسب به نوع متریال، نوع عیب، شرایط سرویس و دسترسی بستگی داره و معمولاً ترکیب چند روش بهترین نتیجه رو می‌ده. 💬 به نظرتون توی پروژه‌های واقعی، کدوم تست بیشتر نادیده گرفته می‌شه؟ VT یا AT؟ تجربه‌تون رو بنویسید 👇 @pipingvip.ir #mechalica #NDT #Inspection #VT #UT #RT #MT #ET #AT #Mechanical_Engineering #QualityControl
