Somewhere along the way, we all collectively agreed to lie to ourselves. Including myself. This video was taken five years ago and four years ago. I took my life back and stopped making excuses for myself. My hormones were definitely making it harder to lose weight, but I wasn’t doing the right things even though I thought that I was. So hear me out… It started with stretchy pants. Then oversized sweatshirts. Then angles. Lighting. “Good sides.” Then suddenly… THAT became our baseline. You don’t see it happen. Because your brain adjusts in real time. It’s called perception bias. You see yourself every single day… so the change feels invisible. But here’s the kicker… society adjusted WITH you. When everyone around you is also gaining weight… your “normal” doesn’t feel off anymore. So now: • “mid-size” is actually overweight • “a little fluffy” is 30+ pounds • and “I just need to tone” is a full hormone issue And no one says anything because it’s “mean.” But pretending it’s not happening? That’s how people wake up 40 pounds heavier wondering WHEN it happened. I did too. 🫠 It didn’t happen overnight. You just stopped noticing. And before you spiral… this isn’t about shame. It’s about awareness. Because once you SEE it, you can actually fix it. For me… it wasn’t willpower. It was my hormones, my hunger cues, my metabolism being completely off. And you don’t need a synthetic hormone to force feed your body to feel full and meh so you stop caring about eating. If you keep numbing it, it’s just gonna get worse. If this hit a little too close to home… comment HORMONES or take my free quiz in my bio to see what I would recommend for your symptoms. Let’s get you back in control. #hormonehealth #guthealth #metabolicsupport #NervousSystemSupport #PerimenopauseSupport

Sometimes it’s not about doing more… it’s about giving your body a moment to settle. Letting your head be supported like this for a few minutes can help ease some of that constant tension we carry through the neck and shoulders. And over time, it becomes less of a stretch… and more of something you return to. A small pause in your day that actually makes everything else feel a little better, Something simple that slowly becomes part of your daily practice. ✨ Try it for a minute or two and notice what shifts 💛Follow for more movement that fits into your real life 📌 Save for later 🌸 Share with someone who holds tension up top 💬 Comment “RELAX” if you’re trying to add more of this into your day #neck #posture #nervoussystemsupport #dailypractice #yoga

🕳️Most people are using shaker plates for lymphatic drainage and puffiness. What surprised me was the digestive effect. ☝🏻Here’s the context 👇 The lymphatic system runs alongside the gut and plays a role in immune clearance, inflammation, and fluid balance. Gentle vibration can also stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the state required for digestion and bowel movements. 👉🏻When lymph flow improves and the body shifts out of “fight or flight,” gut motility often improves too. 🚨That’s why some people notice: • less bloating • easier bowel movements • less post-meal heaviness ☝🏻This isn’t a gut “hack” or a replacement for root-cause work — it’s a reminder that digestion is neurological, immune, and mechanical, not just about food. 👉 Save this 👉 Share with someone curious about the shaker plate trend #LymphaticDrainage #GutBrainConnection #DigestiveHealthTips #NervousSystemSupport #BloatingRelief

Stress shows up in the body long before we notice it. ⚠️ From heart rate to body temperature to simple overwhelm, the signs are real. The good news is that small daily habits like walking outside, slowing down, and caring for yourself can shift you back into calm. Your body deserves that reset. 💪🏻 #StressRelief #MindBodyHealth #WellnessTips #IntegrativeHealth #NervousSystemSupport #SelfCareMatters #KimAlexis

If you have a vibration plate, don’t just stand there… use it smarter✨ 5-15 minutes a day is great but small shifts in how you position your body can completely change your results. Think better lymphatic flow, less puffiness and improved circulation—using it as a recovery tool. This is one of my favorite low effort habits for when I want to feel lighter, less inflamed & more energized… fast. Not a magic fix—just a really good support tool. Pair it with daily movement, enough protein, hydration and walks and that’s how you really get the full benefit of the machine. Try it and tell me how you feel 🤍

Feeling overwhelmed or struggling to relax? 🌿 Do NOT do this if you have an ear infection, a recent ear piercing, or any injury to the ear. My favorite simple self-care TCM technique: the Shenmen point - often called the “Spirit Gate” 👉 Locate the Shenmen point in the upper inner part of your ear (the triangular area near the top) 👉 Hold steady pressure for 20–30 seconds while taking slow, deep breaths 👉 Release, then repeat 2–3 times on each ear. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm // many people notice their body relaxing within moments Stimulating the Shenmen point is commonly used in auricular acupressure to help support nervous system balance, reduce stress and encourage a feeling of calm and grounding. follow me for more TCM, Breathwork & Yin Yoga tips 🤍 #acupressure #auriculartherapy #shenmen #nervoussystemsupport #holistichealth

Ear seeds offer gentle acupressure that stimulate therapeutic points! ✨ 👂🏽 ✨ First, I choose gold seeds because they’re energetically protective. The intention is to safeguard my patients’ energy & health. Plus they look cute 😍. Second, ear seeds are painless, noninvasive, and a beautifully gentle way to continue treatment at home. By applying steady acupressure to specific auricular points, they can help support: • stress & anxiety • nervous system regulation • sleep • digestion • cravings & appetite balance • pain & tension • hormonal balance Third, there’s science behind the magic too 💫 The outer ear is richly innervated, including branches of the vagus nerve — the key player of the parasympathetic (“rest & digest”) system. Gentle stimulation here sends calming signals through the body, influencing heart rate, digestion, inflammation, and mood. And here’s my favorite part: when we breathe deeply, the diaphragm rhythmically massages the vagus nerve, reinforcing that shift out of fight-or-flight. Ear seeds + conscious breathing = a powerful nervous system reset. If you’re needle-shy, this is the perfect introduction to acupuncture’s benefits — no needles, just acupressure 🤍 Try it for yourself: conexionacupuncture.com #earseeds #auriculotherapy #nervoussystemsupport #holistichealing #acupressure

🌿 meet rhodiola — the powerhouse herb that helps your body bounce back from stress. if you haven’t heard of it yet, here’s why she’s worth knowing 👇🏽 1️⃣ used for 2,000+ years by monks + healers in Siberia + Tibet to build endurance + focus. 2️⃣ called “golden root” for a reason — it helped warriors adapt to extreme climates. 3️⃣ balances cortisol (your stress hormone), keeping you calm under pressure. 4️⃣ studies show it reduces fatigue by up to 30% during burnout. 5️⃣ supports serotonin + dopamine — your feel-good brain chemicals. 6️⃣ boosts mental stamina + helps your brain recover from stress faster. 7️⃣ anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich, and helps your cells use oxygen better. 8️⃣ regulates heart rate + supports your HPA axis (your brain–body stress system). ✨ TL;DR: rhodiola works with your body — not against it. for years, i used to grind and steep this herb into my chai every morning. it worked, but it took forever. so i built it straight into my 3 p.m. ritual — rose ritual chai. 🌹 it’s calming, heart-opening, and made to help you reset (without the crash). ✨ comment ROSE to try it — we’re running a buy 2, take 1 holiday promo! or if you’re feeling lucky, join our holiday giveaway 🎁 (instructions in comments) #ChaiTonics #RoseRitualChai #Rhodiola #Adaptogens #NervousSystemSupport #FunctionalChai #RitualOverRoutine #NeetaBhushan #AyurvedaForWomen #HolisticWellness #WomenWhoReset #SelfCareRituals #HolidayReset

You can cultive a more resilient mindset with simple, daily changes 👇 1. Screens before my morning meditation 2. Watching a lot of news 3. Skipping meals 4. Processed foods that disrupt my gut health 5. Saying yes when my body is stressed 6. High-intensity workouts that spike cortisol (I’m a walker) 7. Comparing my journey to others 8. Rushing through meals without chewing properly 9. Staying indoors all day without intentional sunlight 10. Overthinking and not trusting my intuition Save this to remember that your systems are interconnected, and taking care of your body means taking care of your mind, heart and spirit. You’ve probably tried a lot of things. Some helped a little. Some didn’t help at all. And you’re still searching because you know there has to be something better. I was the same way. What I found was a patch that sends a signal directly through your skin to your nervous system. No ingredients. No stimulants. No chemicals. Nothing enters your body. The moment it touches your skin your skin receptors wake up and start talking to your brain. The noise starts to quiet. The overwhelm starts to lift. The emotional flooding starts to ease. Your ADHD brain isn’t broken. It just never got the right signal. This is that signal. If this resonates comment PATCH below and I’ll send you everything you need. 👇 #ADHD #ADHDBrain #ADHDWomen #NervousSystemSupport #DrugFree

POV: he walked in with a cane…watch what happens at the end. This is exactly why I do what I do. Recently, a close colleague of mine spent the afternoon with a young man who had experienced three strokes by the age of 32. His mobility was severely impacted. Walking was difficult. Stability was compromised. His body wasn’t communicating the way it once did. But she didn’t just show up with a product. She showed up with presence. They spent hours together—patching, praying, encouraging—and helping him reconnect not just to his body, but to possibility. Supporting his nervous system physically while also helping him begin to rewrite the story he had been handed about what his body could and couldn’t do. That matters. Because what you’re seeing here isn’t just about balance or mobility. It’s about restoring communication within the body. The Liberty patch uses Vibrotactile Technology (VTT)—a patterned surface that delivers specific tactile input through the skin. This input is detected by mechanoreceptors and interpreted by the brain as information, helping to improve brain-to-body signaling. No drugs. No chemicals. Nothing entering the body. Just signal. When the nervous system receives clearer input, the body can respond with better coordination, stability, and control. Mobility. Stability. Balance. Strength. This is what it was designed for. Yes, we can talk about performance, focus, recovery, and all the measurable outcomes… But giving someone this— a moment where they feel something shift, where hope meets evidence, where their body does something they thought it couldn’t… That’s everything. This is not staged. This is not hype. This is a real person having a real experience in real time. And that reaction at the end? That’s why I will never stop sharing this. Who do you know that needs to see this? Comment “VICTORY” and I’ll walk you through it. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Designed to support the body’s natural neurological function through vibrotactile stimulation. #libertypatch #mobility #balanceandstability #nervoussystemsupport #wearablewellness

When a child’s nervous system lives in constant overwhelm, every small thing can feel huge. Transitions feel harder. Frustration builds faster. Emotions move through their body like a lightning strike instead of a wave. A lot of parents see the behavior but miss what’s underneath it. The nervous system is the control center for how the brain processes stress, emotion, stimulation, and regulation. When those signals fire too intensely or too quickly, the child isn’t choosing chaos. Their system is simply reacting faster than it can organize itself. That’s the piece we started paying attention to. The patches she’s wearing work through vibrotactile neuromodulation. They interact with the sensory receptors in the skin and send signals through the nervous system pathways connected to emotional regulation and cognitive control. Nothing enters the bloodstream. The body is receiving a signal that helps the nervous system regulate its response to stress and stimulation. It was the everyday shifts that started showing up at home and at school. Calmer responses. Faster recovery after frustration. A nervous system that seems to settle instead of escalating. If you’re raising a kid who feels everything intensely, you know how much those small shifts matter. We use Focus, Peace, and Joy. Comment TRIAL and I’ll send you the link to try them. #adhdparenting #nervoussystemsupport #emotionalregulation #parentingadhd #sensoryprocessing superpatch
