It’s our olive crinkle viscose and it has the perfect blend of drape and structure for a pattern like this. It’s true designer deadstock and we’re down to our last roll (unusually for us we had quite a bit of this fabric) so if you want some, don’t wait around too long - we won’t be able to restock it! Thank you @newcrafthouse for the fabric 🥰 Admittedly I did run out of lace so the lace used around the neckline is some I had leftover from my stash. ✨Both the liberty twill and lace used for the ruffle tiers are still available on the @newcrafthouse website ✨ This twill is so special! It's got a gorgeous brushed texture and great amount of body to hold structure. I've seen it also recently seen up as a jacket which looked amazing. Featuring my Pfaff Expression 710- on loan as part of the ambassador programme and continues to be the best machine I've ever had the pleasure of working with! More make tips and future hacks… This is the perfect blouse to use a high round back (HRB) adjustment, so that the collar sits close to the neck even when left untied. If you find shirt collars slip down your back, a little HRB adjustment might be the thing you need. I sewed the channel for the neck tie inside the collar, so it sits close to the neck, as I’ll likely wear it open most of the time, and it stops the tie flapping about. In the pattern it’s sewed on the outside, which is a great opportunity to make it into a nice detail with a contrasting fabric. Mamamia !!! Vous me connaissez je ne peux pas résister au Liberty mais quand il s’agit d’un stock dormant de chez Liberty je ne vous raconte même pas ! Un coloris de Betsy incroyable que je rêve évidemment de voir en Tana Lawn un jour (please @pollygenevieve 🙏🙏🙏) … Le second motif est moins connu,c’est Fantasy Forest mais il se marie parfaitement avec le Betsy, youpiiiii C’est du polyester plutôt fin et je n’ai pas mis de son à cette vidéo pour vous permette d’entendre le côté craquant, je trouve ça hyper rigolo et je pense que je vais me régaler à le coudre … d’ailleurs ma Carmen @carmencitablog si tu passes par là je veux bien tes conseils 🩷 Et puis si jamais Céline @ten_years_apart tu as une idée de patron génial je prends aussi 🤪 Parce que chez @libertylondon ils l’ont cousu en sacs, je garde l’idée mais je me demande si je ne peux pas carrément me coudre un vêtement (de pluie ? ) avec ???
