The only way I’ve ever lowered that brain tax is with systems. And I know systems are the productivity buzzword of 2025, but here’s what I actually mean: they’re repeatable ways of handling work, structures that reduce decision-making, and tools that externalize memory. So your brain energy gets spent on the important stuff.
These are my faves:
✨ My secret weapon is @trytango. It records any process I do on my computer, turns it into a clean step-by-step guide, and then my team can run it without me lifting a finger. (Like… dream tool for anyone who has ever been the “how do we do this again?” person in Slack.)
✨ Pair that with a morning routine that gets my head right, a central hub for all projects, and being ruthless about what I delegate, and suddenly my brain feels like it’s mine again.
