You asked for it so here’s another tutorial. Making nigiri is a simple process but it takes thousands of repetitions to master. Every detail must be accounted for to ensure a quality result. If you are just starting out, I recommend getting a quality fish that isn’t too expensive and going through the methods slowly, focusing on the right amounts of pressure. Once you start to get that down you can move on to other fish and start to build your repertoire. Can’t wait to see what you make. #sushichef #losangeles
