High-protein, gluten-free, carnivore/ animal-based bread 🥩🍞 Ingredients • 4 pasture-raised eggs + 2 yolks • 90g organic Greek yogurt • 120g unflavored grass fed whey protein powder @heartandsoilsupplements (Code JOSHPAQUE10) • 30g @lineageprovisions collagen ( Code JOSHPAQUE for a discount!! ) • 1 pinch sea salt • 1 tsp baking soda Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg yolk until the mixture is smooth and not gluey. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined. 2. In a separate bowl, combine protein, collagen, salt, and baking soda. Mix well. 3. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture all at once. Stir gently at first, then mix more vigorously until the batter is smooth and evenly combined. 4. Grease a Tupperware with beef tallow and line it with parchment paper (preferably unbleached and chlorine-free). Pour the batter and smooth the top. 5. Cheese Chilli Paratha Ingredients Whole Wheat Dough / Gehu Ka Aata - As required Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1/2 Finely Chopped Garlic / Lahsun - 4 to 5 Cloves finely chopped Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 to 2 Finely chopped Butter - 1 tbsp Grated Cheese - 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful Salt - As per taste Clarified Butter / Ghee - As required Instructions 1) Take capsicum, garlic, green chilli, butter, cheese, salt, and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl. Mix well. 2) Take the medium-soft whole wheat dough and make a round shaped circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha. 3) Then add the prepared cheese chilli stuffing in the center. Join the edges and seal the paratha properly. Dust it with flour. Then roll it with light hands and prepare the paratha. 4) Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Place the prepared paratha on it and cook it on one side. Flip it, once it is slightly brown. 5) Apply ghee on both sides and cook on a medium flame. No Bread Sandwich (Makes 1) I regret not trying this before this is such a game changer on busy days and you want to eat healthy. Method: -Soak 1/2cup moong dal for 30min. -Blend with coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt, pepper & very little water. -Add finely chopped veggies of your choice. I added carrot, cabbage & onions. -Add a pinch of baking soda and mix well. -Grease a gas toaster, pour a thin layer of the batter. Place a thin paneer. Sprinkle any masala of your choice. And pour some more batter. -Close it and cook on both sides for sometime till crispy and the dal is cooked. ⭐️Instead of moong dal you can use kala chana, mixed lentils, green moong & sprouts. ⭐️you can also add 2-3tbsp of oats or quinoa. ⭐️Instead of paneer you can also add grilled chicken, tofu or cheese. Recipe⬇️: This could not be easier or tastier!! Follow along for more easy family recipes @littleloucooks I’m getting obsessed with these super simple oven baked one veg and cheese slices!! Have you tried any of them yet? I recently shared a courgette version. But we are loving this potato version. *I use a mandoline slicer to get the potatoes nice and evenly thin - but a good sharp knife will do the job, just take your time slicing. Save to try!! Crispy Cheesy Potato Slice 1 medium potato, peeled Spray oil, salt and pepper 2 handful grated cheese (I use a cheddar and mozzarella mix) Preheat the oven 180ºc fan. Slice the potato to 2mm thickness - I recommend using a mandoline slicer so they are thin enough and similar thickness. Layer on the baking tray over lapping ever so slightly. Spray lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper. Scatter the cheese on top. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20 - 30 minutes. I left mine to cool for 10 minutes, then sliced and filled with my favourite sandwich filling. Let me know in the comments! ⬇️ Gluten-Free Chickpea Burger Bun Recipe Ingredients: - Chickpeas - 1 cup(soaked overnight) - Psyllium husk (Isabgol) - 3 tbsp - plain not flavoured one - Olive oil - 1 tbsp - Pizza seasoning - 1 tsp - Salt - as per taste - Vinegar - 1 tbsp - Baking soda - 1 tsp (mix with vinegar) - Water - 1/2 cup - Seeds of your choice (pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds) for topping Instructions: - In a mixer, blend chickpeas, isabgol, oil, salt, pizza seasoning, vinegar, and water into a coarse, thick batter.
