My one student has limited mobility with her left hand, and is determined to independently change her cane tip. We spent today’s lesson trying to figure out a way for her to independently do this, and this is what we came up with!

Video description: a girls legs in pink tie dye pants and black converse high top sneakers uses her left foot to hold her white cane firmly to the ground. With her right hand, she pulls out her cane too far enough so the stopper is locked in place. After, she places her right foot on the cane top while she uses her right hand to manipulate the elastic stopped back into the tube of the cane. Once the stopper is inside the cane, she releases her right foot.
