The doctor said “you are not the norm” and your body thinks you’re 28 because of how you treat it.. but we’re not here to be “normal” We’re here to be EXCEPTIONAL and re define “normal” We didn’t “plan” to have more children but it’s been absolutely amazing and a blessing that we never saw coming. I’m fully aware that some people live just as healthy and still can’t conceive, but lets not discredit the fact that our lifestyle doesn’t play a role in how we age.. I have no worries at all about being “older parents”. Age is just a number when you make your body, health and well being a priority. Its never too late to start! Slows digestion, causes breakouts, messes with skin tone • Neglecting protein. Your skin is made of it • Using hot water to wash your face. It breaks your skin barrier • Looking down at your phone constantly. Tech neck is a real thing • Sleeping in SPF/makeup. Not double cleansing properly in the evening • No evening wind-down rituals. High cortisol = lower collagen production • Not drinking enough water. Dehydrated skin = dull, fine-lined skin 👉🏻 I created a skincare + treatment guide with everything I do (including product recs).
