Zobena torta Oat Cake Sastojci: • 280g zobenih pahuljica • 2 jabuke • 3 jaja • 1 prašak za pecivo Priprema: Sve sastojke izblendati u glatku smjesu. Smjesu staviti u pripremljeni kalup. Peći na 180°C oko 40 minuta. Ako nemate dovoljno jak blender, izmiksajte samo jabuke pa ih pomiješajte s jajima, zobenim pahuljicama i praškom za pecivo. Ingredients: • 280g rolled oats • 2 apples • 3 eggs • 1 tsp baking powder Instructions: 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan. 3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes. Salva pra fazer depois 💾 e marca quem vai amar essa receita 💛 🍌 Ingredientes: • 2 bananas maduras • 2 ovos • 60 ml de leite (da sua preferência) • 100 g de aveia • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó • Baunilha (opcional) • 1–2 colheres (sopa) de adoçante (se necessário) • Blueberries/ mirtilos (frescos ou congelados) • Iogurte para finalizar 👩‍🍳 Modo de preparo: Misture bem todos os ingredientes, despeje em uma forma, finalize com iogurte e mirtilos e leve à airfryer a 180°C por cerca de 15 minutos ou ao forno a 200°C por 30–40 minutos, até dourar e o palito sair limpo. SAVE this one & FOLLOW for more easy recipes! - 1/2 cup oats (quick, minute or rolled all work!) - 1 egg (a flax egg does work but it won’t be as fluffy!) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 banana or 1/2 cup apple sauce - Dash of cinnamon - 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional) - Handful of chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate in a high powered blender and blend until combined 3. Pour into a greased ramekin or oven safe dish 4. Top with chocolate chips 5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean 6. Ingredients: 50 g walnuts 1 medium apple 2 mash banana 200 g Oat Flour 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 180 ml almond milk 1/4 cup thins almonds Procedure: Chopped the walnuts into small pieces and ser a side. Cut a apple and place in blender and mix into paste. In a bowl mash 2 bananas then add the walnuts,apple. For oat flour simple pour the oatmeal in blender and mix into flour. Then follow the vanilla essence,almond milk and thin blossom almonds give a good mix until all good combine. Add plant sweateener as your preference. Any baking mould shape grease with coconut oil and pour the mixture and top with thin almonds. Preheated the oven. Bake at 180° celcius degree at 25 minutes.
