Before I had my first baby I studied the sleep training routines and tips. I was ready. But as soon as she was born, everything changed. It didn’t align, and that’s ok.
I’ll admit with my first I knew I didn’t want to sleep train but I didn’t know what other choices there were. So it was a lot of struggles and sleepless nights for everyone.
With my second, I surrendered to cosleeping and everything changed. I was so at peace, as was my baby.
We have an open door policy, or an open bed policy if you will. We snuggle the until they fall asleep, and we will until they no longer want us to.

CAAt the beginning of 2025 I had just completed a half marathon, I was marathon training & doing heavy strength training. Since my wife continued lifting and running throughout her pregnancy I thought it was going to be the same for me - but it’s not, and that’s ok!
If your pregnancy training looks like Julie’s - awesome. If it loooks like mine - awesome. If you’re not able to move at all - that’s ok too. Listen to your body, adjust and remind yourself that this is just a season of your life - not forever❤️

Cooper has a condition thats pretty much like a fainting goat spasm so when he gets scared he will stiffen up. A lot of people were worried but I promise he is ok lol. It is normal for him. Rare, but normal. Dog approaching a cat and wanted to play, and when the cat tries to approach back, the dog stiffens up and falls to the floor like a goat.

Donald Trump gave a speech at the Detroit Economic Club, and one moment from it is going mega viral. During his remarks, the 79-year-old began grunting repeatedly, reaching for his neck, and gesticulating his head in-between giggles.
Without context, viewers grew increasingly concerned online. Then, the full context unraveled.
You see, during this specific part of Trump's speech, he is actually mocking former president Joe Biden, whose office announced in May 2025 that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
This knowledge set off critics who called the mimicry an "unnecessary and cruel taunt," writing, "Trump HUMILIATES himself, doing a mocking cough of President Biden, who has cancer, to a room sitting in stunned silence."
