APFirst 9-Man Outrigger race is in the books and I achieved my goals…
1. Don’t lose my paddle. ✅
2. Don’t huli (flip) the canoe. ✅
3. Contribute my 100% effort to the boat. ✅
4. Have fun, learn & take it all in. ✅
5. Keep the winning streak. ✅
Now that my first 9-man is behind me, perhaps I could use a few pointers on my exiting of the canoe for changes. Or shall I keep my technique as is? Perhaps I watched too much Olympic diving before the race 🤔.
