Finding Joy in Movement. I’m about a month in with Pvolve (Jennifer Anniston's fave fitness method). This low-impact fitness method is a blend of cardio, weights, hit and pilates. If you’re able to just show up for yourself for at least 10-30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week you’ll really get the bug rather than killing yourself with intense workouts.
